For thousands of years White Sage has been known to be a powerful purifying and protective plant. Cleanse your aura and personal space with White Sage. Incorporate smudging into your daily practice of reiki, meditation or yoga to enhance your intuition and clear any negative or unwanted energy.
DIRECTIONS
Close all windows and doors. The flow of air will make the White Sage bundle burn even more.
Light one end of the White Sage bundle. Place the White Sage bundle in an abalone shell, soap stone smudging bowl or non-incendiary dish until flames begin to burn out.
The White Sage will Begin to smolder. Direct the smoke using a feather, fan or simply wave the smoke over the object, personal space or aura. To catch any ashes or sparks be sure to carry any non-incendiary dish with you.
When smudging a room, make sure to direct smoke in all corners of the room, door ways or closet spaces.
*Each item is handcrafted of White Sage and hemp twine so expect some variance in color, size, type of string etc from batch to batch. Each White Sage bundle is 6″ Long and about 2″ thick.
